Hello all, I was interested in the advantages of the weighted sweatshirt concept, which I had just learnt about. I'm curious if the sweatshirt version has the same calming effect as weighted blankets, which are similar in appearance. Does it enhance concentration during day-to-day tasks or relieve stress? Are they comfortable to wear for lengthy periods of time, and do they fit well for casual or outdoor settings?
